摘要
桁架臂架系统由于具有自重小、抗风能力强、运输及拼接方便等优点,被广泛应用于各种起重设备中。对桁架臂标准节结构形式进行了详细分析,将标准节各零部件分为主结构和附件两部分,建立了各零部件参数关系及零部件与组件间装配约束关系,提出了一种基于结构和装配特点的桁架臂标准节三维建模方法。应用该方法实现了标准节三维模型的快速建立,显著缩短了标准节的设计时间,有效提高了设计质量和工作效率。
The latticed boom system is widely used in lifting equipment because of its advantages such as low dead weight,strong wind resistance and facilitate transport.Aiming at improving the design efficiency and quality of standard section,it analyzes the structure of standard section in detail,summarizes the characteristics and classification of standard parts of the section structure form and establishes the parameters relation constraints in parts and assembly constraints between components,develops a kind of method to design entity model for standard section of latticed boom based on structural and assembly characteristics.Based on this method it creates the standard CAD three-dimensional entity model quickly,shorts the design time significantly,improves the efficiency of design work effectively and reduces the cost of design obviously.The application shows that the method can avoid human error and improve the market competitiveness of products.
