摘要
随着工业互联网、物联网等新技术的发展,现代物流仓储领域的控制系统正从传统集中式控制向分布式控制转变。以国赛现代电气控制系统安装与调试项目为例,以其仓库分拣系统任务为研究对象,设计了由3台三菱PLC组建的CC-Link通信网络。组网设计中确定了各站的硬件选型方案、组网的数据规划,进行了通信程序和人机交互设备的设计。经过试验平台测试,结果表明组建的CC-Link通信网络符合国赛项目的组网通信要求。
As new technologies such as the internet for industrial purposes and internet of things develop,the control system of modern logistics storage field,too,has been changing from traditional centralized control to distributed control.Based on the installation and debugging project of modern electrical control system,an entry in the National Vocational College Skill Competition,and targeting the networking control content of modern logistics storage field,this paper deals with the design of CC-Link communication network composed of three Mitsubishi series PLC.The networking design identifies the selection of equipment for master and slave station,the data distribution setting of networking,the programming and testing of networking communication and design of the HMI equipment.Having been tested on the self-built test platform,it proves to meet the networking communication control requirements by the national competition.
