乡村振兴中村干部治理能力提升路径研究

Study on the Improvement Path of Governance Ability of Village Cadres from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴战略是我国乡村发展面临新挑战下的战略选择,治理有效是乡村振兴的重要保障,村干部治理能力深刻影响着乡村治理成效。乡村振兴对村干部的治理能力提出了新的要求,但村干部治理能力的提升面临着认识理念滞后、工作任务繁重、基层党组织弱化、基层动员难度增加等挑战。为此,加强人才培养、优化村干部成长机制、坚持“红色领航”、重塑基层公共性,是提升村干部治理能力的有效选择。

Rural revitalization strategy is a strategic choice for rural development facing new challenges in China.Effective governance is an important guarantee for rural revitalization,and the governance ability of village cadres has a profound impact on the effectiveness of rural governance.Rural revitalization of village cadres management ability put forward new requirements,but the ability of the village cadres management faces meet weakening concept lag,workloads,party organizations at the grass roots level,increase of grassroots mobilization difficulty challenge,therefore,strengthen personnel training,optimization of village cadres growth mechanism,adhere to the“red pilot”,reshape the public at the grassroots level is the effective choice of improving the capacity of village cadres’governance.
