海南4个地区益智果实挥发油成分研究

Volatile oil of Alpinia oxyphylla fruits in four different areas of Hainan

为比较海南保亭、昌江、白沙和三亚4个地区益智果实挥发油成分的差异性,提取果实挥发油并用GC-MS技术分析其化学成分。结果表明,益智果实挥发油含量最多为白沙(1.80ml),最低为保亭(1.10ml),其平均挥发油含量为1.51ml。4个地区果实挥发油检测出190个化合物,主要为萜类及含氧衍生物为主。4个地区益智果实挥发油含量较高的前4位均为(Z)-β-ocimene、γ-松油烯、(E,E)-α-farnesene和圆柚酮,其平均含量分别为8.81%、7.60%、7.94%和8.16%。

To compare the chemical constituents of volatile oil from fruits of Alpinia oxyphylla in four areas of Hainan,the volatile oil was extracted and analyzed by GC-MS.The results showed that the maximum volatile oil content of Baisha(1.80 ml),and the lowest was Baoting(1.10ml).The average volatile oil content was 1.51 ml.There were 190 common compounds and these compounds were mainly terpenes and oxygenated derivatives.The high four volatile oils in the four areas were(Z)-β-ocimene,γ-terpinene,(E,E)-α-farnesene and Nootkatone,with an average content of 8.81%,7.60%,7.94%and 8.16%,respectively.
