HIV感染者/AIDS患者焦虑抑郁症状发生率及相关影响因素

目的分析台州市HIV感染者/AIDS患者焦虑、抑郁症状的发生率及其相关影响因素,对该类人群的躯体、心理健康提供干预和指导方案.方法调查2014年7月1日至2016年12月31日台州市各疾控中心登记、符合入组标准的HIV感染者/AIDS患者,应用健康问卷抑郁量表(PHQ-9)、广泛性焦虑量表(GAD-7)、社会支持评定量表(SSS)及AIDS压力量表(HSS)进行数据收集,并对调查的结果进行统计分析.结果HIV感染者/AIDS患者抑郁症状的发生率为55.9%(PHQ-9≥10分),其中重度抑郁症状(PHQ-9≥20分)占11.8%;焦虑症状的发生率为27.7%(GAD-7≥10分),其中重度焦虑症状(GAD-7≥15分)占10.4%.调查发现年龄、压力、病程是HIV感染者/AIDS患者抑郁、焦虑症状的正向影响因素,而社会支持是抑郁、焦虑症状的负向影响因素.结论HIV感染者/AIDS患者抑郁、焦虑症状发生率较高,程度较重,心理和社会因素是该类人群中抑郁、焦虑症状严重程度的主要影响因素,应对该人群进行定期心理干预和必要的社会支持.

Objective To determine the prevalence of depression and anxiety among people living with HIV/AIDS in Taizhou City and related influencing factors,so as to provide basic data guidance for better implementation of this population's mental health services.Methods The subjects of this study were those HIV-infected persons/AIDS patients who were registered in the CDC of Taizhou City from July 1,2014 to December 31,2016.The Patient Health Questionnaire Depression Scale(PHQ-9),Generalized Anxiety Scale(GAD-7),Social Support Rating Scale(SSS)and HIV/AIDS Stress Scale(HSS)were used to collect data and describe the results statistics and multivariate analysis.Results The prevalence of depression in HIV-infected/AIDS patients was 55.9%(PHQ-9≥10points),of which major depressive symptoms(PHQ-9≥20 points)accounted for 11.8%the prevalence of anxiety disorder was 27.7%(GAD-7≥10 points),of which major depressive symptoms(GAD-7≥15 points)accounted for 10.4%.Among them,age,stress,and duration of illness were positive influence factors of depression and anxiety in HIV-infected persons/AIDS patients,and social support was a negative influence factor of depression and anxiety.Conclusion Depression and anxiety are more serious in people living with HIV/AIDS.Psychological and social factors are the main factors affecting the degree of depression and anxiety among people living with HIV/AIDS.The group should be provided with regular mental health interventions and psychosocial support.
