新生儿肺部疾病动态床旁超声检查特点分析

目的探讨动态床旁超声检查对新生儿肺部疾病的诊断价值.方法选取2017年4至2018年3月新生儿监护中心(NICU)治疗的新生儿肺部疾病患儿63例,动态观察病变区域的超声影像特点及变化规律.结果新生儿肺部疾病的动态床边超声检查能及时诊断并在治疗中动态观察相应肺部超声表现的变化,动态评估治疗效果.结论新生儿肺部疾病的动态床旁检查可作为新生儿肺部疾病诊断治疗的重要依据.

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of dynamic bedside ultrasound in neonatal pulmonary diseases.Methods A total of 63 cases of neonatal pulmonary diseases hospitalized in the neonatal care center of our hospital from April 2017 to March 2018 were selected to dynamically observe the characteristics and evolution of ultrasound images in the lesion area.Results The dynamic bedside ultrasound examination of neonatal pulmonary disease was diagnosed in time and the changes of pulmonary ultrasonography in treatment dynamically were observed,and the treatment effect dynamically was evaluated.Conclusion Dynamic bedside examination of neonatal pulmonary disease can be an important basis for diagnosis and treatment of neonatal pulmonary disease.
