伊贝母总生物碱和总黄酮组分复方的止咳祛痰平喘作用研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨伊贝母总生物碱和总黄酮组分复方的止咳和平喘作用,筛选组分复方的最优配比。方法基线等比增减设计法重组总生物碱和总黄酮的配比,分别采用豚鼠枸橼酸引咳法和整体动物引喘法比较各配伍组的止咳和平喘活性,优选复方的最佳配比;进而采用卵清蛋白诱导的豚鼠CVA病理咳嗽模型对优选配比进行药效验证。结果除了总黄酮组外,总生物碱和各复方配伍组均显示出止咳和平喘药效,其中总生物碱和总黄酮的等比例配伍组药效最高;在豚鼠CVA模型中,等比例配伍组具有显著的镇咳、抗气道高反应性和抗炎作用,且优于总生物碱和总黄酮组(P<0.05)。结论伊贝母中的总黄酮对于总生物碱有协同增效作用,两者的1∶1配伍组为复方最佳配比组。 OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of combination of total alkaloids and flavonoids from Fritillaria pallidiflora Schrenk on relieving cough and relieving asthma.To screen the optimum ratio of the combination.METHODS The cough relieving effects of combination were studied in guinea pig cough model caused by citric acid.The asthma relieving effects were tested by spraying method in guinea pigs.The optimum ratio of the combination was preliminarily determined according to the results of above experiments.Finally,Ovalbumin-induced CVA model was established to validate the antitussive effect of combination.RESULTS Apart from total flavonoids group,total alkaloids and all combination groups had antitussive and antiasthmatic effects.Among them,the combination group(1∶1) had the highest pharmacodynamic effect.In the ovalbumin-induced CVA model,the combination group(1∶1) had significant antitussive,anti-airway hyper-responsiveness and anti-inflammatory effects,which were better than the effects of total alkaloids group and total flavonoids group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Total flavonoids have synergistic effect on total alkaloids.The combination group(1∶1) was determined as the optimum ratio of the combination.
