介绍了制定高可靠行波管关键工艺过程控制标准的背景和意义,阐述了制定高可靠行波管螺旋线绕制、慢波组件夹持、电子枪装架等7个关键工艺控制要求标准的制定过程、主要内容和应用情况。
This paper introduces the background and significance of formulating the key process control standards for high reliability traveling-wave tubes,and expounds the establishment process,main content and application of the seven key process control standards for high reliability traveling-wave tubes,including the helix winding,slow-wave component clamping,electron gun assembling and so on.
