孕产妇感染新型冠状病毒有关临床决策的综述

Summary of clinical decision-making of pregnant and lying-in women infected with COVID-19

自新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎爆发以后,各地报道了多起孕妇感染被成功救治,并成功娩下胎儿的案例,为孕产妇感染新型冠状病毒的临床决策积累了很多宝贵经验。在充分考虑到孕产妇群体的心理和生理特殊性的基础上,为有效控制传染病蔓延,各级各类有关机构陆续出台了一系列机构管理及治疗模式的规定和建议方案。故有必要对这些资料进行系统整合,以期构建孕产妇感染新型冠状病毒临床决策体系。

Since the outbreak of the COVID-19,many cases of successful treatment of maternal infection and successful delivery of fetuses have been reported,which has accumulated a lot of valuable experience for the clinical decision-making of maternal infected with the COVID-19.On the basis of fully considering the psychological and physiological particularity of pregnant and lying-in women,in order to effectively control the spread of infectious diseases,relevant institutions at all levels have issued a series of regulations and suggestions on institutional management and treatment model.Therefore,it is necessary to systematically integrate these data in order to construct the clinical decision-making system of pregnant women infected with the COVID-19.
