踝泵运动在心外ICU患者术后早期心脏康复中的应用效果 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨踝泵运动在心外ICU患者术后早期心脏康复中的应用效果。方法选择本院2019年3月至2019年8月心脏外科ICU收治的240例成人体外循环心脏直视手术术后患者,随机分为实验组120例和对照组120例。对照组给予常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上予踝泵运动。比较两组术后下肢深静脉血栓、足下垂的发生率及患者满意度。结果实验组患者下肢深静脉血栓(0%)、足下垂(5%)的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),实验组患者满意度(100%)显著高于对照组(86.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论踝泵运动应用于心外ICU术后患者的早期心脏康复,能有效预防下肢深静脉血栓、足下垂的发生,提升患者的生活质量和满意度,且操作简单易行,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the effect of ankle pump exercises in early cardiac rehabilitation after cardiac surgery in ICU.Methods A total of 240 adult ICU patients after cardiac surgeries with cardiopulmonary bypass in our hospital from Mar.2019 to Aug.2019 were enrolled and divided into experimental group(120 cases)and control group(120 cases)randomly.The control group was given conventional nursing,while the experimental group was given ankle pump exercises on the basis of conventional nursing.The incidences of postoperative lower limb deep vein thrombosis,foot drop,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the incidences of lower limb deep venous thrombosis(0%)and foot drop(5%)in the experimental group were lower significantly(P<0.05),while the patient satisfaction(100%)in the experimental group was higher significantly than that in the control group(86.67%)(P<0.05).Conclusions Clinically,ankle pump exercises is a kind of valuable and available nursing practice in early ICU cardiac rehabilitation after cardiac surgery,which can effectively reduce the incidences of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis and foot drop and also improve the postoperative life quality and satisfaction of patients.
