基于模块化设计理论的中式婚礼服个性化定制

Study on the individual customization design of Chinese wedding dress based on the module design theory

以中式婚礼服的典型代表上下分体裙褂式婚礼服作为研究对象,借助模块化设计理论,从消费者设计需求和产品数据管理角度出发,系统研究了中式婚礼服的模块构成,并在此基础上构建了包括服装部件模块和造型模块在内的两级模块划分体系。结合模块配置规则和数值编码等相关理论,详细阐述了中式婚礼服的主结构模型、模块编码体系、模块配置规则及配置流程,采用规则和实例相结合的方法确立了模块配置模型,形成了一套较为完整的模块化设计方案,并通过模拟用户体验过程验证了该方案的可行性。该方案的提出对实现中式婚礼服的个性化定制具有重要的指导意义。

To meet the increasing demand of personalized clothing market,the typical representative of the Chinese upper(gown)and lower(skirt)body wedding dress have been selected as samples in this study.The structure of Chinese wedding dress was firstly studied,and a two-level module division system including garment parts module and modeling module was constructed based on consumers′demands and modular design theory.Secondly,the main structure module,module coding system,module configuration rules and their configuration process of Chinese wedding were elaborated with the help of module allocation rules and numerical coding theory,and then the module configuration model was established by combining rules and examples,a relatively complete modular design scheme was formed.Finally,the feasibility of the method was verified by simulating the consumer′s experience process of the bride-to-be.The approach has important guiding significance for realizing the personalized customization of Chinese wedding dress.
