摘要
某2×12 MW生物质电站烟气脱硝标准不达标,对其进行系统改造分析,设计改造为差速流化床锅炉,SNCR脱硝系统可不做更换,大大降低投资费用。同时在引风机出口增加1套臭氧脱硝装置或NaClO2/NaClO脱硝装置。对2种脱硝方案的工艺流程及改造经济性等进行对比后,本次脱硝改造推荐采用NaClO2/NaClO脱硝方案。
The targeted biomass power plant with capacity of 2×12 MW was not up to the standard for the flue gas denitration.An analysis of technical renovation on flue gas denitration system was conducted in this paper for the sake of this.The boiler for the plant was transformed into a differential fluidized bed boiler with the SNCR denitration system remaining the same as before which saves a great amount of money for the investment.Along with this,a set of ozone denitration unit or NaClO2/NaClO denitration system was installed at the outlet of the draft.After the comparison on the principles,working processes,cost and investment between the above-mentioned two plans,the plan of NaClO2/NaClO denitration is recommended for this renovation on flue gas denitration program.
