石化企业工艺安全信息管理策略探索

Discussion on the strategy of process safety information management in petrochemical enterprises

工艺安全信息是工艺安全管理的重要组成要素,是企业可持续安全生产的基础资料;是企业安全操作、应急处理以及各项决策提供依据和保障。本文从工艺安全信息管理存在的问题入手,从工艺安全信息完善、更新、积累、管理平台搭建这几个方面,结合作者本身企业实践经历,对化工企业工艺安全信息有效管理进行了探索。

Process safety information is an important component of process safety management, and is the basic data for sustainable and safe production of enterprises; it is the basis and guarantee for safe operation, emergency response and decision-making of enterprises. This paper starts with the problems of process safety information management, and from the aspects of process safety information improvement, update, accumulation and management platform construction, combined with the author’s own enterprise practice experience, explores the effective management of process safety information of chemical enterprises.
