超长时程动态心电图对心律失常的诊断价值体会

Value of ultra long-term dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of arrhythmia

目的探讨分析超长时程动态心电图检查技术在心律失常患者诊断过程中的应用价值。方法2015年8月-2019年2月,将我院心脏内科确诊收治的1702例心律失常患者随机等分为两组,每组851例,为参照组运用常规心电图检查技术开展诊断,针对研究组运用超长时程动态心电图检查技术开展诊断,对比两组患者的诊断准确率指标。结果研究组的诊断准确率100.00%(851/851)高于参照组83.08%(707/851),组间有差异(χ^2=157.309,P<0.05)。结论针对心律失常患者选择运用超长时程动态心电图检查技术展开诊断,能获取对患者所患心律失常疾病种类的准确确定,确保患者在临床中能够获取到准确系统的治疗干预。

Objective To explore the application value of ultra-long duration dynamic electrocardiogram(DCG)in diagnosis of arrhythmia.Methods From August 2015 to February 2019,will be our heart medicine diagnosis of 1702 patients with arrhythmia were randomly divided into two groups,each group of 851 cases as control group using conventional electrocardiogram(ECG)technology to carry out diagnosis,in view of the team by long time history dynamic electrocardiogram(ECG)technology to carry out diagnosis,diagnostic accuracy index compared two groups of patients.Results The diagnostic accuracy index of the study group was 100.00%(851/851)higher than that of the control group(83.08%)(707/851),and there was a difference between the groups(χ^2=157.309,P<0.05).Conclusion For arrhythmia patients,ultra-long duration dynamic electrocardiogram(DCG)examination technique is selected to carry out diagnosis,which can accurately determine the types of arrhythmia diseases suffered by patients and ensure that patients can obtain accurate systematic treatment intervention in clinical practice.
