临床血糖检验中快速血糖仪与常规生化仪应用的临床意义研究

Clinical significance of blood glucose meter and conventional biochemical analyzer in clinical laboratory

目的比较常规生化仪继而快速血糖仪在临床血糖检测中的应用价值。方法将本文收治的高血糖患者列为研究样本,对2018年4月-2019年4月间113例实施血糖检测患者开展研究,分别采用常规生化仪和快速血糖仪检测患者的血糖数值,比较两种检测方式的临床价值。结果常规生化仪检测出的空腹血糖数值为(7.74±3.22)mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖数值为(10.53±4.25)mmol/L;快速血糖仪检测出的空腹血糖数值为(7.71±3.51)mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖数值为(10.61±4.09)mmol/L,两项结果比较不存在明显差异(P>0.05)。结论常规生化仪和快速血糖仪在临床血糖检测环节中,检测数值之间无明显区别,检测效果值得肯定,但相较于常规生化仪而言,快速血糖仪的检测时间较短,检测的效率较高,受外界影响因素干扰较小,更适用于临床血糖的快速检测。

Objective To compare the applicative value of conventional biochemical analyzer and blood glucose meter in clinical laboratory.Methods 113 hyperglycemia patients underwent blood glucose monitoring from April 2018 to April 2019 were chosen as research objects;patients were measured by conventional biochemical analyzer and blood glucose meter,respectively;the applicative value of two examination modes was probed.Results Fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial plasma glucose based on the conventional biochemical analyzer was(7.74±3.22)mmol/L and(10.53±4.25)mmol/L;related value based on blood glucose meter was(7.71±3.51)mmol/L and(10.61±4.09)mmol/L;the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Both of examination modes are proven to be effective;however,blood glucose meter is featured as short detection time,high detection efficiency and less external interference.It shall be recommended in clinical practice.
