改良大隐静脉曲张手术治疗静脉曲张实施方法及效果探究

Study on the operative method and effect of modified Varicocele of great saphenous vein

目的探究改良大隐静脉曲张术的应用方法及效果。方法随机选取我院2018年9月-2019年9月的92例大隐静脉曲张患者为研究对象,其中Z组46例采用的是传统大隐静脉曲张手术,X组46例采用的是改良大隐静脉曲张手术,统计分析两组患者的手术时间、手术出血量、住院时间及手术并发症率。结果Z组患者的手术时间、手术出血量、住院时间均高于X组,且X组手术并发症率显然低于Z组,其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对大隐静脉曲张患者应用改良大隐静脉曲张术,其效果与安全程度良好,可在临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application method and effect of modified saphenous varicosity.Methods 92 patients were divided into Z group and X group,and the group Z was treated with the traditional large saphenous varicosity.The operation time and the amount of bleeding,the hospital stay and the operation complications of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The operative time,blood loss and hospital stay in group Z were higher than that in group X,and the complication rate of operation in group X was lower than that of group Z,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect and safety of the modified saphenous varicose vein in the patients with large saphenous varices are good.And can be popularized and applied clinically.
