摘要
贵州省“民族文化进校园”政策具有民族文化政策和民族教育政策双重性质的复合型政策,其出台的背景既有国家文化事业发展的需要,也有促进民族团结进步的要求。政策历经起步、发展、完善三个阶段,三个阶段的演进逻辑为:从单一目标走向多元目标,由文化传承走向文化育人。
The"national culture into the campus"policy in Guizhou province is a compound policy which with the dual nature of national culture and national education.The background of its introduction is not only the need of the development of national cultural undertakings,but also the requirement of promoting national unity and progress.The policy has gone through three stages of initiation、development and improvement.The evolution logic of the three stages is:from single goal to multiple goals,from cultural inheritance to cultural education.
