垂直褥式减张缝合在胫前感染伤口二期缝合中的应用

Application of vertical mattress tension-reducing suture in secondary suture of anterior tibial infection wound

目的探讨垂直褥式减张缝合胫前感染伤口二期缝合的作用。方法将2012年6月-2018年12月胫前伤口感染,需行二期缝合患者随机分为两组,两组均为40例,一组为垂直褥式减张缝合组,另一组为单纯间断缝合组。观察两组患者伤口愈合情况,拆线时间。结果垂直褥式减张缝合和单纯间断缝合在愈合等级中没有差异(P=0.228),垂直褥式减张缝合拆线时间小于单纯间断缝合拆线时间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论垂直褥式缝合在胫前创口二期缝合中可以缩短拆线时间,在胫前感染伤口中有着重要作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of vertical mattress tension reduction suture on secondary suture of anterior tibial infection wound.Methods From June 2012 to December 2018,patients with anterior tibial wound infection who needed second-stage suture were randomly divided into two groups:40 patients in each group,one group was vertical mattress tension-reducing suture group,the other group was simple intermittent suture group.The wound healing and thread removal time were observed in both groups.Results There was no difference in healing grade between vertical mattress suture and simple discontinuous suture(P=0.228).The time of suture removal of vertical mattress suture was shorter than that of simple discontinuous suture(P<0.001).The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Vertical mattress suture can shorten the time of suture removal in the second stage suture of anterior tibial wound and play an important role in the wound of anterior tibial infection.
