综合护理干预对富血小板血浆治疗膝骨性关节炎效果分析

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on platelet-rich plasmain the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的分析综合护理干预对富血小板血浆(PRP)治疗膝骨性关节炎效果分析。方法选择本院2018年11月-2019年11月收治的行富血小板血浆治疗的膝骨性关节炎患者83例,按随机数字表分为两组,对照组41例采用常规护理干预,研究组42例进行综合护理干预,对两组心理状态、疼痛程度、膝关节评分及生活质量进行比较。结果研究组干预后SAS与SDS评分比对照组低(P<0.05);研究组干预后VAS评分与HSS评分明显比对照组优(P<0.05);研究组干预后生活质量评分(80.28±16.96)分,明显比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论将综合护理干预应用于行富血小板血浆治疗膝骨性关节炎患者中,可减轻患者不良情绪及疼痛程度,改善膝关节功能,能提高其生活质量,临床上值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on platelet-rich plasma(PRP)in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods Eighty-three patients who were treated with platelet-rich plasma for knee osteoarthritis were selected from our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table,41 patients in the control group received conventional nursing intervention,and 42 cases in the study group were treated with comprehensive nursing interventions,then compared the psychological state,pain level,knee joint score and quality of life between the two groups.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the study group after intervention were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the VAS score and HSS score of the study group after intervention were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);the quality of life score of the study group after intervention(80.28±16.96)was signi ficantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying comprehensive nursing intervention to patients with knee osteoarthritis treated with platelet-rich plasma can reduce the patient's bad mood and pain,improve knee function,and improve their quality of life.It is worth promoting in clinic.
