快速康复护理理念是在循证医学指导下,通过遵循循证医学证据,指导临床护理人员在围手术期给患者提供一系列的优化护理措施进行干预,以减轻患者的手术痛苦,促进其身心舒适、最大限度地降低其手术应激反应和术后并发症的发生,从而达到加速患者术后康复和改善其预后质量的目标。目前,该护理理念已被广泛应用于各类型的外科手术治疗中,妇科临床也不例外,对确保手术顺利实施、提高患者手术治疗效果和缩短其术后恢复周期均有重要的作用。本文主要简述了快速康复护理理念的含义,并叙述了快速康复理念在妇科手术中的应用方法,最后,以临床实践案例探讨了快速康复理念在妇科手术中的应用效果。

Under the guidance of evidence-based medicine,the concept of rapid rehabilitation nursing is to guide clinical nurses to provide a series of optimized nursing measures to patients during perioperative period by following evidence-based medicine evidence,so as to alleviate the surgical pain of patients.To promote their physical and mental comfort,to minimize the occurrence of surgical stress reaction and postoperative complications,so as to accelerate the postoperative recovery of patients and improve the quality of prognosis.At present,this nursing concept has been widely used in various types of surgical treatment,gynecological clinic is no exception,it is applied to emergency gynecological surgery to ensure the smooth implementation of the operation and improve the surgical treatment of patients.The therapeutic effect and shortening the recovery cycle after operation play an important role.This paper mainly describes the meaning of the concept of rapid rehabilitation nursing,and describes the application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation in emergency gynecological surgery.Finally,the application effect of rapid rehabilitation concept in emergency gynecological surgery is discussed with clinical practice cases.
