“宅家”久看手机,小心蓝光能量累积伤眼

摘要 不串门、不逛街、只宅家。疫情期间,相信陪伴你“宅家”的最好搭档便是“手机”,我们也终于实现了全天候、无间歇、随心所欲打游戏、刷抖音、逛朋友圈的日子。但长时间玩手机,会让眼睛深陷在手机的伤眼蓝光中。1.揭秘防蓝光检测把戏最近,有防蓝光眼镜商家针对疫情期间久玩手机的现象,在朋友圈转发起了防蓝光测试卡的视频,称蓝光能量能让防蓝光测试卡上白色的部分变焦。如果激光透过镜片,防蓝光测试卡白色部分无变化,就证明有防蓝光效果,其实这是忽悠消费者的小把戏。
