随着科学技术的不断发展,云计算、大数据、物联网、区块链、人工智能等信息技术已经深入社会的各个阶层,极大地方便了人们的生活,提高了人们的工作效率。我国政府部门要积极地跟上时代的发展,通过新兴技术构建数字政府工作平台,有效提高信息沟通效率,加强各个部门之间的协同合作,促进政务服务的业务重组。与此同时,电子政务建设过程中也存在一些问题亟待解决,例如数据标准不统一、数据收集不明确、存在大量的垃圾信息以及数据共享不全面等等,我们必须深入研究问题出现的原因,并且寻求解决策略,从而更好地打造政府政务服务功能,推进政府工作质量的提升。

With the continuous development of science and technology,cloud computing,big data,internet of things,blockchain,artificial intelligence and other information technologies have penetrated into all levels of society,greatly facilitating people’s lives and improving people’s work efficiency.Our government departments should actively keep up with the development of the times,build a digital government work platform through emerging technologies,effectively improve the efficiency of information communication,strengthen the coordination between various departments,and promote the business restructuring of government services.At the same time,there are also some problems to be solved in the process of e-government construction,such as data standards are not unified,data collection is not clear,there are a lot of garbage information and data sharing is not comprehensive,etc.We must deeply study the causes of the problems,and seek solutions,so as to better build the government service function and promote the quality of government work Ascension.
