蒲松龄与李尧臣

蒲松龄与李尧臣自少年订交,补博士弟子员后成为郢中社友,李尧臣并请蒲松龄至其醒轩课读。蒲李二人长期诗词唱和、肝胆相照,作为一生的挚友,二人互有诗词倾诉怀念之情。因李尧臣亲家沈家家事,二人之间曾产生过一些误解,后来矛盾冰释。康熙四十八年(1709),两人曾联手参与驱逐蠹吏康利贞的斗争。蒲松龄去世后,李尧臣曾作《祭蒲松龄文》祭奠老友。

Pu Songling and Li Yaochen became friends when they were very young and they set up Yingzhong club after filling the vacancy of government disciples.Li Yaochen also invited Pu Songling to read in his Wake-up Study.As lifelong friends,they wrote poems to express feelings for each other.There were some misunderstandings between them because of some family affairs of Shen,the in-laws of Li.Later,the conflicts were solved.In the 48th year of Kangxi(1709),the two men joined hands in the struggle to expel Kang Lizhen,a corrupt official.After Pu Songling's death,Li Yaochen wrote A Memorial to Pu Songling to mourn his friend.
