同步磁阻电机磁链观测无传感器控制 被引量:4

Flux observer-based sensorless control for synchronous reluctance motors

摘要 针对同步磁阻电机铁心饱和以及直轴与交轴的交叉饱和现象严重,传统的无位置传感器控制方法往往难以实现高性能控制的问题,提出一种考虑铁心饱和现象、基于磁链观测法的同步磁阻电机无传感器控制策略,利用查表法实时获得不同工况下的电感参数,可实现电机无传感器的转子位置闭环控制。利用同步磁阻电机电流模型和电压模型观测定子磁链,将2种模型下观测的磁链误差通过矫正环节调节电压模型观测的磁链值,使得该磁链误差趋近于0,从而观测到准确的定子磁链。通过仿真与实验验证了所提出无传感器控制方法的有效性及优良的控制性能。 In synchronous reluctance motors(SynRM),core saturation(including d-q axis cross saturation)is serious.Therefore,traditional rotor position estimation methods are usually unsuitable to achieve high performance of sensorless control.In this paper,a sensorless control strategy based on the flux observer method was proposed,in which a look-up table was used to obtain the inductance parameters under various operation conditions.The rotor position closed-loop control was realized for the SynRM.Using the current model and the voltage model of the SynRM to observe the stator flux,the flux error and the correction link were used to adjust the flux value observed by the voltage model,so that the flux error approached to zero,and the accurate stator flux was observed.Simulation and experiment results are presented to verify the effectiveness and the good performance of the proposed sensorless control strategy.
