摘要
北极航道自然环境风险评估研究具有重要的现实意义.为了避免主观性的影响,本文采用投影寻踪方法对北极航道自然环境风险进行评估和区划.研究结果表明:1)红军海峡、德朗海峡和维利基茨基海峡自然环境风险均呈现逐年下降趋势;2)东北航道自然风险具有"西低东高"的特点,即巴伦支海和咯拉海西部自然环境风险较低,其他区域自然环境风险较高;3) 9月自然环境风险最低,7月自然环境风险最高.
Assessment of risk to natural environment of Northeast Arctic Passage is of great importance. Risk to natural environment of some key channels was assessed and divided using projection pursuit to avoid subjectivity. The risks of the Red Strait, the Rambler Channel and Vilkitsky Strait have been found to tend to decrease. The risk of Northeast Arctic Passage was characterized by "low west and high east", i.e. low risk in Barents Sea and the west of Kala Sea, relatively high risk in other regions. The risk was found to be lowest in September and highest in July.
