金砖国家是新兴市场国家和发展中国家的代表,是推动全球治理变革的重要力量。在过去的10年里,金砖国家形成了全方位、宽领域、多层次的对话机制,积极参与全球治理结构改革,以实际行动和成效不断破除西方国家的质疑,充分发挥全球经济增长的“稳定器”作用。面对全球保护主义、单边主义以及赤字挑战,金砖国家要强化合作,做先进技术和制度的创新者、沟通协调的包容者、结构性改革先行者、团结合作的维护者、知行合一的行动者。同时,金砖国家还要在践行多边主义、打造经济增长新引擎、促进科技成果普惠共享、凝聚金砖精神、与时俱进推进治理创新等方面担当责任与使命。
The BRICS is a representative of the emerging market countries and the developing countries,and an important force to promote global governance reform.In the last 10 years,the BRICS countries have formed an all-round,wide-ranging and multi-level dialogue mechanism,actively participated in the reform of global governance structure,constantly resolved the doubts of the Western countries with practical actions and achievements,and fully played their role as"stabilizer"of the global economic growth.In the face of global protectionism,unilateralism and deficit challenges,the BRICS countries should strengthen cooperation,innovate in the areas of advanced technologies and systems,encourage communication and coordination,be pioneers of structural reform,defend solidarity and cooperation,and judge and act consistently At the same time,they should also shoulder more responsibility in practicing multilateralism,fostering a new engine of economic growth,increasing the benefit-sharing of scientific and technological achievements,nurturing the BRICS spirit,and advancing governance innovation while keeping up with the times.
