The Design of Rule of Law Need Coordinate with the Governance of Smart Communities

构建智慧社区是当前基层社会治理改革的热点,作为一种新兴的以互联网科技应用为基础的社会治理模式,其特点与优势是显而易见的,然而相关法治设计与建设的不同步是阻碍其发展的重要因素,现实实践中所呈现出的诸如立法设计、隐私悖论与法治伦理等困境也直接印证了这一论点。因此,积极探索二者的对应同步是智慧社区治理突破桎梏,实现可持续运行的关键。

The smart community is a hot topic in the current primary-level social governance reform.As a new social governance model based on the application of Internet technology it has prominent characteristics and advantages.Howevei;the lagging rule of law design and development is a msyor factor hindering its development,which has directly been vindicated by difficulties in the legislative design,privacy paradox and rule of law ethics.Therefore,actively exploring the corresponding coordination of the two is the key to breaking up the shackles of smart community governance and achieving sustainable operation.
