摘要 为了探索不同工况条件对外啮合齿轮泵总效率的影响,同时实现对齿轮泵工况条件的精确控制,对现有的手动加载试验台进行了信号采集,实现了加载试验台自动化测控的功能。通过大量的数据采集,绘制了齿轮泵总效率与转速、压力和温度之间的三维关系图。试验结果表明,压力对齿轮泵的总效率影响较大,压力从2.5 MPa增加到15 MPa时,总效率提高了将近40%。 In order to explore the influence of different working conditions on the total efficiency of external meshing gear pump and achieve the accurate control of working conditions of the gear pump,the signal of the existing manual loading test bench was collected,and the automated measurement and control function of the loading test bench was realized.Through acquisition of a large number of data,the three-dimensional relationships between the total efficiency and speed,pressure and temperature of the gear pump were plotted.The test results show that the pressure has a great influence on the total efficiency of the gear pump.When the pressure increased from 2.5 MPa to 15 MPa,the total efficiency was increased by nearly 40%.
