Dilemma of Marriage Housing of Urban Migrant Youth

以都市流动青年为研究对象,通过深入调查青年个体及家庭婚房获取的动机和策略实践,在"制度-行为"的分析框架下,探究当代都市流动青年婚房获取的困境所在。研究发现,在行为取向分类上,青年个体展现出规范型、工具型和期望型三种婚房获取动机;青年家庭互惠分别采取了全款购房、按揭购房和过渡住房三种婚房获取策略。制度逻辑整合下的国家福利政策(属地性社会保障、剩余型住房政策、低位的家庭支持)对上述动机和策略产生影响,导致后者呈现出异化和冲突的制度病理。动机异化内隐的是占有、投机和交换的制度逻辑;策略冲突体现在个体生命历程弱势期和市场化逻辑相冲突,"去家庭化"意愿和"家庭化"现实相冲突,家庭责任过重和低位的家庭支持相冲突。因此,青年婚房困境的疏解急需系统性的社会福利政策改革,以减轻青年家庭负担压力,使住房回归居住属性,保障青年群体共享住房发展成果。

Taking the urban migrant youth as the research object,through in-depth investigation of the motivation and strategic practices,and under the framework of "institution-behavior",this paper explores the institutional dilemma of married housing of contemporary urban migrant youth.The study finds that in the classification of behavioral orientation,young individuals exhibited three types of motivation of marriage housing:normative,instrumental and expectant.The youth family reciprocity adopted three types of acquisition strategies:full house purchase,mortgage purchase and transitional housing.The state welfare policy (local social security,surplus housing policy,low-level family support) under the integration of institutional logic has an impact on the above motivations and strategies,leading to the institutional pathology of alienation and conflict.The alienation of motivation is the institutional logic of possession,speculation and exchange;the strategic conflict is reflected in the conflict between the weak period of the individual life course and the market logic,the "de-family" willingness and the "family" reality,and the heavy family responsibility and low family support.Therefore,the dilemma of youth marriage housing needs a systematic social welfare policy reform to reduce the burden on young families,return housing to residential properties,and ensure that youth groups share the fruits of housing development.
