摘要
通过磁粉、X射线、超声波多种无损检测技术的结合应用,确定了缓冲器箱体缺陷类型并对缺陷进行定位,找出了缓冲器箱体存在质量问题的根源。在改进铸造工艺后,缓冲器箱体未发现腔区裂纹,其内部疏松、气孔等缺陷也极大减少,缓冲器箱体铸件质量符合客户要求。
Through the combined application of magnetic particle testing, X-ray and ultrasonic nondestructive testing technologies, the type of defects existing in the buffer box was determined and the defects were positioned to find out the root of the quality problem existing in the buffer box. After the improvement of the casting process, no cavity cracks were found in the buffer box, and the defects such as internal porosity and blowhole were also greatly reduced. The quality of the buffer box casting meets the customer’s requirements.
