摘要
阐述了大型薄壁铝合金产品的铸造工艺设计,介绍了该产品的生产验证过程。结果显示,使用低压铸造和3D打印技术相结合的生产工艺,可以在一周内完成该产品的制造,且产品整体质量良好,完全符合技术要求。
The casting process of a large thin-walled aluminum alloy product was designed, and the production verification process of the casting was introduced. The results show that the manufacture of this sculpture casting can be completed within one week by using the combination of low pressure casting and 3 D printing technique, and the whole quality of the produced castings can meet the technical specification requirements.
