摘要
以某低速电动物流车用磷酸铁锂动力电池组为研究对象,将动力电池组寿命实验与电动物流车复杂多变的行驶工况结合,进行电池组动态测试。基于电动物流车的行驶工况对动力电池组动态测试得到了容量衰减实验数据,利用遗传算法拟合得到动力电池组循环寿命预测经验公式,拟合容量与实测容量之间的残差平方和仅为0.111,结果表明拟合效果较好。该循环寿命预测经验公式可用于同类动力电池组寿命预测。
Taking a lithium iron phosphate power battery pack for a low-speed electric logistics vehicle as the research object,the life test of the power battery pack is combined with the complicated and varied driving conditions of the electric logistics vehicle to carry out the dynamic test of the battery pack.The capacity decay test data based on the driving condition of the electric logistics vehicle was obtained for the dynamic test of the power battery pack.The empirical formula of the cycle life prediction of the power battery pack was obtained by genetic algorithm fitting.The sum of the residuals between the fitted capacity and the measured capacity was only 0.111.The result showed that the fitting effect is better.This cycle life prediction empirical formula can be used for life prediction of similar power battery packs.
