海上制冰船离网光伏系统测试评价与修正

摘要 针对海南某公司承建的海上制冰船光伏离网项目,因达不到用户为每天160 kWh发电量需求而产生争议。经过全面检测分析,得出系统设计存在不足,光伏组件装机容量、蓄电池容量以及负载需求三者之间不是最佳匹配;施工队伍专业知识缺乏,导致组件串联不规范,没有将接受相同太阳辐射的组件串联;组件结构设计不规范,组件串联数目偏少,未能考虑到海上光伏"三高"带来的PID光致衰减等,并提出修正意见,为海上渔船光伏项目的设计、施工有很好的借鉴意义,推动光伏行业健康发展。 For the photovoltaic stand alone project of an offshore ice making ship contracted by a company in Hainan,there is a dispute because it can not meet the user’s demand for 160 kWh power generation per day.After thorough testing and analysis,it is concluded that the system design is insufficient,resulting in the imperfect matching among PV module installed capacity,battery capacity and load demand.The construction team lacks professional knowledge,resulting in non-standard series connection.The modules receiving the same solar radiation fail to be connected in series.The design of the component structure is not standardized,and the number of components in series is too small.The PID photoinduced attenuation caused by the "three highs" of offshore photovoltaics is failed to be taken into account.Therefore,amendments are proposed,which are used for reference in the design and construction of marine fishing vessel photovoltaic projects,and promotes the healthy development of photovoltaics.
