摘要
针对变电站蓄电池组缺乏有效监测及火灾防控手段的现状,设计了蓄电池状态监测及火灾综合防控系统,以蓄电池本体特征参量和环境变量的监测信息为基础,实现了在运蓄电池组的状态感知和火灾防控。采用层次分析法对蓄电池本体状态信息进行综合评价,建立了蓄电池健康状况状态诊断模型;应用烟火视频智能识别技术,实现起火区域的精准定位和后期的火灾追溯;提出了基于蓄电池本体多状态感知、环境变量监测及视频火灾智能识别三重判据的火灾预警机制,并给出了联动灭火控制策略。工程应用证明了该系统的实用性和有效性。
In view of the current situation of the lack of effective monitoring and fire prevention and control means for storage battery groups in substations,the battery condition monitoring and fire comprehensive prevention and control system was designed.Based on the monitoring information of battery ontology characteristic parameters and environmental variables,the state perception and fire prevention and control of batteries in operation were realized.Analytic hierarchy process was used to synthetically evaluate the status information of battery body;the diagnostic model of battery health status was established.Accurate locations of fire area and fire traceability in later period were realized by using intelligent recognition technology of pyrotechnic video.A fire early warning mechanism based on triple criteria of battery ontology multi-state perception,environmental variable monitoring and video fire intelligent recognition was proposed.The control strategy of linkage fire extinguishing was given.The practicability and validity of the system are verified by engineering application.
