腹腔镜下食管裂孔疝修补术后预见性护理程序的应用

Application of predictive nursing procedure after laparoscopic esophageal hiatal hernia repair

目的对腹腔镜下食管裂孔疝修补术后预见性护理程序方法和应用效果进行研究。方法收集2013年6月至2018年12月,在新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院接受腹腔镜食管裂孔疝修补联合胃底折叠抗反流术26例患者的临床资料,随机分成2组。对照组患者13例,采用常规护理方法手段;观察组患者13例,在采用常规护理方法的基础上,给予其预见性护理方法,对2组患者的术后修护情况和护理满意度进行调查。结果观察组并发症发生率为15.40%低于对照组23.10%比较,观察组的患者护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)结论预见性护理对腹腔镜下食管裂孔疝修补和胃底折叠抗反流术术后患者的恢复具有积极意义,能够有效减少其并发症的发生率,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective to study the predictive nursing procedure and application effect of laparoscopic esophageal hiatal hernia repair.Methods clinical data of 26 patients who received laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair combined with gastric fundus folding anti-reflux surgery in xinjiang uygur autonomous region people's hospital from June 2013 to December 2018 were collected and randomly divided into 2 groups.Control group of 13 patients,conventional nursing methods;13 patients in the observation group were given predictive nursing methods on the basis of conventional nursing methods,and the postoperative repair and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were investigated.Results the complication rate of observation group was 15.40%lower than the control group was 23.10%,patients nursing satisfaction of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion predictive nursing of laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair and gastric folding anti reflux surgery in patients with postoperative recovery has a positive meaning,can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,improve patient care satisfaction.
