Development and application of environmental-friendly degradable lubricant

摘要 随着渤海油田安全环保意识提升和大位移井钻井过程中扭矩与摩阻问题日趋严重,亟需研发一种安全环保、润滑性能优良的钻井液润滑剂。通过植物油改性、引入表面活性剂和纳米微粒,研发了一种高效环保无毒润滑剂BIOLUBE。室内实验性能评价结果表明,所研发的润滑剂BIOLUBE具有良好的润滑性、抗磨性、配伍性、生物毒性,2%BIOLUBE可使淡水基浆和海水基浆的润滑系数降低率达90%以上、PEM钻井液体系的润滑系数降低率达50%以上,抗磨达到8kg砝码质量,生物毒性LC50大于30000mg/L、生物降解性BOD5/CODcr大于25%。所研发的润滑剂BIOLUBE已在渤海垦利区块2口大位移井取得成功应用,大幅降低了摩阻扭矩、缩短了钻井周期、提高了钻井效率,具有较好的推广应用价值。 With the improving awareness of safety and environmental protection in Bohai oilfield and the increasingly serious problems of torque and drag during the drilling of extended reach wells,the development of a drilling fluid lubricant that is safe,environmental-friendly and excellent in lubrication performance is urgently needed.Through the modification of vegetable oil,and the introduction of surfactants and nanoparticles,a high-efficiency and environmental-friendly non-toxic lubricant BIOLUBE was developed.The results of laboratory performance evaluation show that the developed lubricant BIOLUBE has good lubricity,abrasion resistance,compatibility and biotoxicity.When the amount of BIOLUBE is 2%,the reduction rate of the lubricating coefficient of fresh water and seawater based slurry and the PEM drilling fluid system is more than 90%and 50%respectively,the wear resistance reaches 8 kg weight,the biological toxicity of LC50 is greater than 30000 mg/L,and the biodegradability of BOD5/CODcr is greater than 25%.The developed lubricant BIOLUBE has been successfully applied in two extended reach wells in the Bohai Kenli block,leading to great reduction of the friction drag and torque,shortened drilling cycle,and improved drilling efficiency.It has good promotion and application value.
