基于特征值法的黑龙江电网小干扰稳定性分析 被引量:1

摘要 电网运行过程中时刻受到系统负荷无序变化、出力动态调整以及自然因素等小干扰影响。虽然此类小干扰一般不会引起电网结构发生变化,只会使系统运行状态发生偏移,但如果系统初始状态、元件参数和控制装置在当前运行点的动态特性存在问题,小干扰就会造成机组之间或者机群之间动态低频振荡。文章详细介绍了基于特征值的小干扰稳定计算方法,并结合黑龙江电网的实际运行情况,计算分析了黑龙江电网的小干扰稳定性,验证了电力系统稳定器配置的正确性,有效提高了电网运行的可靠性。 Small disturbances such as disorderly changes of system load,dynamic adjustment of output and natural factors always exist in the operation process of power grid.Although they can’t make the structure of power grid change in general,and can only make the system operation state offset,if the dynamic characteristics of the initial state of the system,component parameters and control devices exist problems at the current operating point,small disturbance will cause dynamic low frequency oscillations among units or among clusters.The calculation method of small interference stability based on eigenvalue is introduced in detail,and the small disturbance stability of Heilongjiang power grid is calculated and analyzed combined with the actual operation of Heilongjiang power grid.The correctness of power system stabilizer configuration is verified,and the reliability of power grid operation is effectively improved.
