摘要
阐述了ASME喷嘴的安装位置及布置方式,并针对各类型电厂性能试验中的主要水流量测量修正问题,比较分析了ASME PTC6、ASME PTC46、ASME PTC6.2三种试验规程中传压管高差修正不一致的情况。对ASME喷嘴垂直安装方式下传压管高差修正做了详细推导,列举了计算中容易出错的两种情况,比较了不同计算方式对电厂经济性的影响,得出了不同计算方式对机组供电煤耗影响数据。
The installation position and layout of ASME nozzles are introduced.Aiming at the main water flow measurement and correction problems in performance tests of various types of power plants,the inconsistencies of the height difference correction of pressure transmission tubes in three test procedures of ASME PTC6,ASME PTC46 and ASME PTC6.2 are compared and analyzed.The correction of the height difference of pressure transmission tubes under vertical installation mode of ASME nozzle is deduced in detail.Two cases of error-prone calculation are enumerated,the effects of different calculation methods on the economy of power plants are compared,and the influence data of different calculation methods on the power supply coal consumption of the unit are obtained.
