详细描述了600 MW旋流燃烧锅炉改造前的燃烧器情况,锅炉低氮改造原理及改造方案。优化周界风旋流燃烧器设计,实现燃烧器空气分级配风燃烧,使主燃区还原性气氛增强,配以立体错列分级低氮燃烧技术抑制NOx生成,使燃烧更加充分。
The burner condition before retrofit,the low nitrogen retrofit principle and scheme of 600 MW swirl combustion boiler are described in detail.The design of surrounding air swirl burner is optimized,the air-staged combustion with air distribution is realized,the reduction atmosphere in the main combustion zone is enhanced,and the NOx generation is restrained by stereo staggered staged low nitrogen combustion technology,so the combustion is more sufficient.
