百万级燃煤机组630℃二次再热方案增量投资及经济分析 被引量:1

摘要 与常规的一次再热机组相比,高参数、高性能指标的燃煤发电技术在提高火电机组发电效率、污染物排放控制、节能减排等方面有明显的优势。但同时,先进工艺设备和技术的投入必然引起投资的增加,其经济性值得探讨。依据国内数个百万级燃煤机组工程,在实际运行状况和数据分析的基础上,阐述了百万级燃煤机组630℃二次再热方案与常规600℃一次再热方案相比的增量投资及其主要组成,并结合节煤效益进一步分析其增量投资的经济性。分析结果表明,增量投资约13亿元,三大主机是投资增加的主要因素。在目前给定的条件下测算,15年左右才能回收增量投资,回收期偏长。 Compared with the conventional single reheat unit,the coal-fired power generation technology with high parameters and high performance has obvious advantages in improving the power generation efficiency,pollutant emission control,energy saving and emission reduction of thermal power units.But at the same time,the investment in advanced process equipment and technology will inevitably lead to an increase in investment,and its economy is worth exploring.According to several projects of million-class coal-fired unit in China,the incremental investment and its main components of the 630℃double reheat scheme of the million-class coal-fired unit compared with the conventional 600℃single reheating scheme are described on the basis of actual operation and data analysis,and the economy of its incremental investment is further analyzed in combination with coal-saving benefits.The analysis results show that the incremental investment is about 1.3 billion yuan,and the three major engines are the main factor of the increase in investment.Under the given current conditions,it is estimated that the incremental investment can only be recovered in about 15 years,and the payback period is too long.
