摘要
本研究采用教育叙事研究方法,以湖南新晃侗族自治县民族农村地区三位新生代特岗教师为典型研究个案,深入分析这个群体的职业压力来源。研究发现,民族农村地区新生代特岗教师的职业压力来源,主要有城乡教育文化差异的鸿沟、正常履职的人际关系束缚、专业发展的繁重教学任务羁绊和教育抱负施展的有效支持匮乏。四大职业压力来源的本质,是民族农村地区相对落后状态与新生代特岗教师高自我实现需求之间的矛盾。为了减缓民族农村地区新生代特岗教师职业压力,政府需进一步优化特岗教师招录条件设置与加强岗前培训,民族农村学校则应加大对新生代特岗教师的管理与支持力度,新生代特岗教师自身应努力谋求专业发展。
This paper adopted the method of educational narrative research and takes three special-post teachers from the ethnic rural areas of Xinhuang Dong Autonomous County in Hunan Province as typical research objects,to deeply analyzes the sources of occupational stress from this group.It is found that the sources of occupational stress of new generation of special-post teachers in the ethnic rural areas mainly include the gap of educational and cultural differences between urban and rural areas,the restriction of interpersonal relationship in the normal duties,the heavy teaching tasks of professional development,as well as the deficiency of effective support for the implementation of educational aspirations.The essence of the four major sources of occupational stress is the contradiction between the backward state of ethnic rural areas and the self-actualization of special-post teachers among the new generation.In order to promote the new generation of special-post teachers in the ethnic rural areas,the new generation of special-post teachers should strive for professional development.In addition,the government should further optimize the recruitment and strengthen the pre-service training of special-post teachers to enhance their cross-cultural adaptability,while the schools in ethnic rural areas should intensify the efforts on management and support for the new generation of special post teachers.
