外向型开放式创新导向与模式的匹配对企业绩效的影响

The Impact of Outbound Open Innovation Orientation and Pattern Matching on Firm Performance

在外向型开放式创新中,不同企业为何会采用不同的模式一直是该领域中探讨的热点问题,现有研究更多关注外向型开放式创新的外部驱动因素,但是忽略了企业自身导向的作用。研究针对动外向型开放式创新导向和模式的匹配及其对企业绩效的影响,通过选择314家企业作为研究样本,对所提出的理论假设进行了实证检验。研究发现,外向型开放式创新导向和模式均对企业绩效有差异性影响,针对不同的外向型开放式创新导向,企业应选取不同的外向型开放式创新模式,使二者匹配以实现最佳企业绩效。研究结果不仅丰富了开放式创新理论,尤其弥补了对外向型开放式创新导向和模式研究的不足,而且能够为企业的创新实践提供具体的指导。

In outbound open innovation,the reason that enterprises adopt different pattern has always been a hot issue in this field.Existing research pays more attention to the external drivers of outbound open innovation,but ignores the role of the self-orientation.The study focus on the outbound open innovation’s matching of orientation and pattern and its impact on enterprise performance.This study empirically tested the theoretical hypothesis by choosing 314 enterprises as research samples.The research finds that the outbound open innovation’s orientation and pattern both have an impact on corporate performance.In the view of different outbound open innovation’s orientation,enterprises should choose different pattern to match them to achieve the best corporate performance.The research results not only enrich the theory of open innovation,but also make up for the lack of research on outbound open innovation’s orientation and pattern.Meanwhile the result provides specific guidance for enterprises’innovative practice.
