摘要
以昆明冶金高等专科学校冶金技术类专业建设为例,介绍了冶金技术类专业建设改革,分析了从示范建设时实施的"四双"人才培养模式到目前推行的"对接双产业、融合双文化、实施双改革、建设双平台、激励取双证、提升双实力、保持双领先"的"七双"人才培养模式改革的具体做法和成效。
Taking the construction of metallurgical technology specialty in Kunming Metallurgy College as an example, this paper introduces the reform of metallurgical technology specialty construction and analyzes the specific methods and achievements from the "Four-Double" personnel training mode reform implemented in the demonstration period to the "Seven-Double" personnel training mode reform implemented at present. The " Seven-Double" personnel training mode includes seven aspects, namely, connecting dual industries, integrating dual cultures, implementing dual reforms, building dual platforms, encouraging dual certificates, promoting dual strengths and maintaining dual leading.
