云南高等职业院校混合所有制研究

Research on Mixed Ownership in Higher Vocational Colleges of Yunnan

摘要 根据《国家职业教育改革实施方案》《云南省中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》等文件精神,职业院校应不断创新办学模式,提高职业教育水平。目前,高职院校混合所有制办学是云南省在实践、探索的办学路子,对实现混合所有制办学的可行性进行认真研究,提出从深度产教融合及职教集团等多元办学格局入手,明确混合所有制办学主体,不断完善办学机制,从而探索出适应云南高等职业院校混合所有制办学的有效路径。 According to the "National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan" and "Outline of Yunnan Province’s Medium-term and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan" and other documents, vocational colleges should continue to innovate school-running models and improve vocational education. At present, the mixed-ownership system of higher vocational colleges is the practice and exploration of schooling methods in Yunnan Province. Starting from the in-depth of industry-education integration and the vocational education group and other diversified schooling patterns, this paper studies the feasibility of running schools with mixed ownership, the subjects of running schools with mixed ownership and the improvements of the school running mechanism. This research also further proposes an effective way to adapt to the mixed ownership system of higher vocational colleges in Yunnan.
