摘要
知识产权素质教育与专业教育的有机融合对于培养高职学生的创新人格、创新精神和创新能力发挥着基础性的核心作用。通过对高职院校知识产权素质教育与专业教育融合的观念认知、路径及效果等现状进行实证分析,认为高职院校知识产权素质教育与专业教育融合可以通过明确教育目标、优化课程内容、改革课程体系、实践教育与专业教育融合等路径实现。
The organic integration of intellectual property quality education and professional education plays a basic core role in cultivating higher vocational students’ innovative personality, innovative spirit and innovative ability. This paper makes an empirical analysis on the concept, cognition, path and effect of the integration of intellectual property quality education and professional education in higher vocational colleges. It is considered that the integration of intellectual property quality education and professional education in higher vocational colleges can be realized by defining educational objectives, optimizing curriculum content, reforming curriculum system, practical education and professional education.
