胃舒颗粒剂联合枸橼酸莫沙必利胶囊治疗功能性消化不良脾虚食滞证临床研究

Clinical Study on Weishu Granules Combined with Mosapride Citrate Capsuels for Functional Dyspepsia with Spleen Deficiency and Food Accumulation syndrome

目的:探讨胃舒颗粒剂联合枸橼酸莫沙必利胶囊治疗功能性消化不良脾虚食滞证的临床疗效。方法:选择102例功能性消化不良脾虚食滞证患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各51例。对照组采用枸橼酸莫沙必利胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用胃舒颗粒剂治疗。比较2组患者中医症候疗效、胃肠功能及不良反应情况。结果:观察组中医证候总有效率为96.08%,显著高于对照组70.59%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组恶心呕吐、食欲下降、上腹不适、嗳气、烧心、反酸症状积分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组单个症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组胃底气体评分和胃半排空时间较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组胃底气体评分和胃半排空时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胃舒颗粒剂治疗功能性消化不良食滞证的中医疗效确切,未出现不良反应,具有临床推广价值。

Objective: To discuss the clinical effect of Weishu granules combined with mosapride citrate capsules for functional dyspepsia with spleen deficiency and food accumulation syndrome. Methods:A total of 102 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia with spleen deficiency and food accumulation syndrome were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mosapride citrate capsules,and the observation group was additionally treated with Weishu granules based on the treatment of the control group. The curative effect of Chinese medicine symptoms, the gastrointestinal function and the adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate of Chinese medicine symptoms was 96.08% in the observation group,significantly higher than that of 70.59% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the symptom scores of nausea and vomiting, loss of appetite, epigastric discomfort, belching, heartburn and acid regurgitation in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and each score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of gas in the stomach and the half gastric emptying time in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above two indexes in the observation group were both lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Weishu granules has definite curative effect of Chinese medicine in treating functional dyspepsia with food accumulation syndrome, with no adverse reaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
