浅析张锡纯运用山萸肉治疗汗证的学术思想

A Brief Analysis of ZHANG Xichun’s Academic Thought of Applying Fructus Corni to Treatment of Sweating Syndrome

张锡纯善于发现药性,《医学衷中参西录》中有230多首方剂涉及山萸肉,且多处言及山萸肉治疗汗证的相关理论。笔者介绍张锡纯从四个方面运用山萸肉治疗汗证:大气下陷,营卫不和汗出;肝胆虚极,虚汗外脱;肾阴亏虚,阴阳偏胜汗出;心气不足,津汗外泄。涉及到相关的理论依据、临床应用、用法配伍以及山萸肉的选材和煎煮方法。

ZHANG Xichun was good at inventing medicinal properties. There are more than 230 prescriptions involving Fructus Corni,and many theories about the treatment using Fructus Corni for sweating syndrome in Yixue Zhongzhong Canxi Lu. The authors of this paper introduced that ZHANG used Fructus Corni to treat sweating syndrome from four aspects:sweating due to sinking of pathogenic qi and disharmony between nutrient qi and defensive qi,deficient sweats due to extreme deficiency of the liver and gallbladder,sweating due to deficiency of kidney yin and the predominance of yin and yang,leakage of fluids and sweats due to deficiency of heart qi. In addition,the authors summarized its relevant theoretical basis, clinical application, usage and combinations, as well as the selection of pulp of Fructus Corni and decocting method.
