摘要
全球互联网环境下,开发组织变革能力成为全球企业都密切关注的迫切问题。通过文献研究建立研究模型与假设,对运用互联网技术实施组织变革的企业的员工进行调查,考虑员工组织承诺的中介作用,运用实证方法研究企业创新文化和组织变革能力的关系,认为企业创新文化正向影响着组织变革能力,在这一过程中,员工的组织承诺起到中介作用。提出企业可以通过建设创新型文化、培养员工的组织承诺来提高自身的变革能力。
Under the global Internet environment,developing the ability of organizational change has become an urgent issue that enterprises pay close attention to.This paper establishes the research model and assumptions through the literature review,conducts a survey of employees of enterprises that use Internet technology to implement organizational change.The paper uses empirical method to study the relationship between enterprise innovation culture and organizational change ability considering the intermediary role of organizational commitment,and concludes that enterprise innovation culture positively affects organizational change ability,the employee's organizational commitment acts as an intermediary in this process.It is pointed out that enterprises can improve their ability to change by building innovative culture and cultivating employees'organizational commitment.
