乡贤对永泰县旅游产业发展的影响机制研究

Reasearch the Influence Mechanism of Rural Elites on the Tourism Industry Development in Yongtai County

永泰县位于福州市西南部,自然资源丰富,文化底蕴深厚,旅游产业是当地支柱产业。但永泰县旅游产业发展中仍存在开发资金匮乏、人力资源稀缺等要素不足问题。因此,从乡贤及其所拥有的社会资本角度,结合永泰县旅游产业发展现状和障碍,分析乡贤如何盘活旅游产业发展所需的生产要素,提出协调政府与乡贤的合作、重塑乡贤文化,培育内生力量等建议。

Yongtai county located in the southwest of Fuzhou city,which is rich in natural resources and profound culture.However,the development of tourism industry in Yongtai county has problems of insufficient elements,such as capital-scarce and human-scarce.Therefore,from the perspective of the social capital of rural elites,this paper combined the status and obstacles of the tourism industry development in Yongtai county,analyzed how to revitalize production factors of the tourism industry.Finally put forward some suggestions such as coordinating the cooperation between the government and the rural elites,reshaping the culture of the rural elites to cultivating the endogenous power for the development of Yongtai tourism industry,and so on.
