Social Dilemma and Solution Strategy of Capital Entering the Village: An Interpretation of a News Report --Cum the Integration Development of Foreign Enterprises and Villages

以一份关于旅游扶贫的新闻报道为讨论对象,对报道中旅游扶贫的相关问题进行深入剖析。从民族贫困地区旅游开发与民族贫困地区地域环境、生计空间、社会结构、历史文化相互嵌构出发,学理上梳理资本入村与村落一体化发展何以可能,提出外来资本与村落旅游一体化发展的可能路径与策略。

This paper, based on a news report, attempts to analyze the reasons why tourism development fails to alleviate poverty when capitals are invested. We think that several factors are contributing to the phenomenon, for example, geographical conditions, livelihood, social structure, history and culture in these ethnic places with poverty issues. Therefore we propose possible strategies to promote integration of external capitals and village tourism development.
